Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one Account on tini99. Withdrawal requests are processed by tini99 within a target timeframe of under five minutes for verified Accounts during operational hours (WIB, UTC+7). Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume, on Indonesian national public holidays, or where additional verification is required. tini99 aims to complete all withdrawal requests within 24 hours at the latest.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds deposited are from a legitimate source and that you are the lawful owner of the payment account used. tini99 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds where deposits appear unusual or inconsistent with a Player's normal activity patterns.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by tini99 are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms stated in the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general and specific bonus terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
New Players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit may be eligible for tini99's Welcome Bonus of up to 100% on the first deposit (maximum bonus amount: Rp 2.000.000). The Welcome Bonus is subject to a 30× wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal may be made. The Welcome Bonus must be claimed within 7 days of account registration.
Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses on tini99 carry a minimum 30× wagering requirement. Only qualifying bets placed in eligible game categories contribute towards the wagering requirement. Bets placed on certain low-margin markets, mix parlay (multi-selection accumulator bet) combinations with odds below 1.50 per selection, or certain excluded games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
tini99 reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or void any bonus and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: the use of multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, systematic low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine betting intent, and collusion between Players.
tini99 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players with an active bonus at the time of any such amendment will be notified of the relevant changes via their registered email address.
tini99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: a bet exceeds the maximum stake limit for the relevant market; a bet is placed after an event has commenced without valid live-betting authorization; the Platform has displayed an obvious pricing error; or there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity.
Where tini99 has offered odds or game payouts that are clearly erroneous as a result of a technical fault or human error, tini99 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the incorrect price and refund the relevant stakes to the Player's Account. This applies equally to sports betting markets and casino game malfunctions.
All sports betting markets at tini99 — including football (bandar bola, online football bookmaking markets), mix parlay accumulators, and live in-play markets — are governed by the specific market rules published within the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with applicable market rules before placing bets. Standard markets are settled on official full-time results unless otherwise specified.
All togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets on tini99 operate based on official draw results published by the relevant pool provider. tini99 is not responsible for any dispute arising from the official result of a draw. Results are published transparently within 15 minutes of each official draw.
In the event of a technical malfunction during any game session — including slots, live dealer games, or RNG table games — tini99 will investigate the relevant session log and, where a malfunction is confirmed, refund the Player's stake for the affected round. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not payable.
